FB Fit30 Complete!

I think this marked the first time I started a Fitness Blender program roughly at the time of launch. Launch day was March 6. I started March 7 and finished this past Saturday night.

Fit30 is exclusive to Plus members and gives you the option of doing a longer (45 minutes+) or shorter (30-minute range) workout each day. (Days 8 and 17 give you three options. Day 13 gives three recovery options.) I didn't go solely long or solely short; I went with whatever workout spoke to me on that given day.

In terms of HIIT, there are eight workouts featuring HIIT in the program; however, Days 3 and 8 give two HIIT options, so the maximum amount of workouts featuring HIIT you would be doing is six, and the minimum would be one.

I really enjoyed this one!
