Printable calendar

Today I start an 8-week FB Fit program. Super excited to make some changes! I would really like a printed calendar so I can, at a glance, plan my time to fit the workouts and know what type of workout I'm getting myself in to. I haven't been able to find such a feature, and just spent more time than I have setting myself up for the first week. Is there such an option? Thanks for any help!
