Hello, I'm new to FB, I've only done 3-4 different workouts so far. I'm enjoying the videos and think I can stick with it long term. When I found these videos I decided to quit my gym membership, I wasn't going much anyway and would rather just go home after work when it's dark and cold out! I was to the point where I hated going to the gym. These workouts are fun, challenging and go by fast. I've gained a few pounds over the last 6 months and I'm not happy about it, so I'm going to change it. Let's do this!
