Hey! I've been using these videos for years, but I've always worked out to them barefoot in my living room, lol!
I just got a gym membership, so I want to try using these videos in the spaces provided there.... but what shoes to buy??? Kelli wears a lot of Nike in her videos it seems, what brands do you recommend? Or, more importantly, what TYPE of shoe would you choose? (Flat heel, layered heel, running shoe... how would you describe the type of shoe best to complete these workouts? Would a crossfit shoe be good?)
