Workout 4 mom/dad with climbing toddler

Hi! I would love to workout with FB whilst being with my 2 year old toddler, but every time I go down on the floor to do an exersize he thinks I want to play and starts to climb all over me. Including him in the workout doesn’t work, I’ve tried that. I also don’t want to cut, paste and create my own workout. I’m not ready for that, I need someone telling we what to do during the workout.

So; do FB have any workouts that do not include any sets on the floor (on a mat)? Preferably that focus on strength training and not so much cardio.
