Strong 2 for the 1st time!

Hey FB fam! Started Strong 2 last week. Missed Friday's workout (LB Strength) so did that today.

Curious, if you skip a Friday workout (and Saturday is Recovery Stretch and Sunday is an OFF day), do you do your missed workout on Monday or skip to the normal Monday workout?

Anyone else doing Strong 2 right now??
