Alternative to wood choppers in pregnancy?

Hi all,

Nicole mentioned in one of her videos that upper body rotations might not be safe to do during pregnancy. Most of my favorite low impact upper-body strength videos include wood choppers or similar exercises.

So I'm wondering if anyone can recommend an alternative exercise to switch these out? Or maybe give me a hint which videos would work without any substitutions (the ones I checked so far feature core work that is also not suitable)?
