Broken Ankle, Looking for FB Core and Lower Body Floor Programs

Hi. I broke my ankle in late December--surgery, the works. I'm still in a boot but my orthopedist gave me the go-ahead to begin putting weight on my ankle (very gently and slowly). He also gave me the green light to begin exercising again. I've got a stretch program picked out but I'm looking for a core/lower body program that is all (or mostly) floor work. For example, I can do things like planks from my knees. Basically, I need to listen to my body and if something feels too much on my ankle, stop doing that. ;-) Any recommendations are appreciated.
