Working out while having Covid

Hi there

I have been doing fitness blender workouts for a long time now and I love them!

Right now I am going through Covid and it seems to be a mild version, no more fever and no bad cough right now. I do still feel some pain in my body and am also starting to feel tension in my neck, shoulder etc. So I would love to do some light exercise.

Did anyone actually work out while still having some light Covid symptoms? Could you recommend some of the fb workout videos other than stretching?

Would you totally skip weight training or HIIT? Thanks for your advice.
