Is FB Strong suitable for semi-beginners?

Hi All,

I´ve done FB Workouts before and completed the Low Impact program a while ago. But then I went on holiday and moved and since then haven´t been really active. I liked LI but don´t feel like doing it again...

So to the ones who are doing Strong at the moment, do you think it´s possible to finish if I just start off lifting lighter?

Also even though I kinda like HIIT I need a program that´s kinda quiet because of my downstairs neighbours.
