What to do Next...

I just finished the 4 week FB Strong 2, should I run it again, or go to FB Fit? Which did you prefer? I love weight training, but I also don't mind HIIT. I liked the "shorter" routines that Strong had (i.e. around 45m). Sometimes I create a mental hurdle when I know there is 60 minutes to work through...
