I finally managed tricep dips

I finally managed tricep dips!

They were modified using a chair, but I finally managed to do some. I couldn't do the whole set, but for the first time since I started in November I actually got my arms behind me, and support my weight, and dropped down and came back up. And boy can I feel it. It's been two days and my muscles still don't know what happened to them.

So yeah, that's my small win.
