Scheduling in stretches

I’ve just finished FB Strong Round 2 and absolutely loved it! On the back of that I’ve put in a 4 week routine that I’ve made myself, with all the bored easily workouts. I managed Monday ok, but was too tired yesterday (literally slept most of day) so I’m thinking to do a week of stretching and maybe walking and rescheduling my routine for next week. I’m just wondering how often people schedule in stretching? Is it every few months, after every program, every week? I never seem to manage the Saturday stretch day, so although I always cool down and stretch, I never spend a great deal of time stretching. Just wondered on your thoughts

By the way, I’m 42, so not as young as I used to be (though I absolutely forget that, and still try be 25 😂) so should you stretch more as you get older?
