New Plus Workout: Energizing Total Body 21-Minute HIIT

Hi FB Family!

I hope you all had a lovely weekend and your week is off to a great start. I am excited to introduce my newest workout and my first cardio HIIT routine.

Energizing Total Body 21-minute HIIT

Fun fact: The first time I did a Fitness Blender workout was a HIIT routine with Kelli back in 2015. I had spent the previous six months on the couch or in bed recovering from a series of surgeries. At the end of the workout, I was out of breath, covered in sweat, and wondering what the heck I had just done. After I caught my breath, my competitive nature came rushing in, and I knew I had just found my new favorite type of workout!

This 30-minute workout has a 4-minute warm-up, 21 minutes of HIIT, and a 5.5-minute cool-down. You are going to be challenged with this 4/5 difficulty routine, but I have a feeling you are going to feel great afterward!
