New Plus Workout: 37 Minute At Home Walking Workout - Beginner to Advanced

I've got a new Walking Workout to add to the collection:

At Home Walking Workout - Beginner to Advanced Walking Workout

You don’t need any equipment or much space for this one. You can use this as a recovery workout, a cardio challenge, or you can add resistance bands and engage your glutes from every angle. You could also hold onto weights and even add upper body exercises, to further the challenge. I’ve also heard of people doing the workout in their pajamas, moving slow and easy, to help relieve cramps or slowly return to activity after being sick. It’s a great thing to give yourself permission to modify a workout or exercise to work for you and that’s basically the theme of this whole workout. Make it work for you!

I’ve been happy to see that a lot of you have enjoyed the walking workouts. I was even starting to wonder about building a Plus challenge that used the walking workouts in between strength workouts. Like I was talking to some of you about here in the Community last week, a new program is currently underway that will use all Plus workouts. It will be available early this spring!

Are you working out today? Are there any other types of workouts that you would like to see us cover? It’s so exciting to me - because we have a team now, we can realistically meet so many other needs & offer so many more types of training, intensity, variety of knowledge among trainers, and even equipment.

Speaking of new content - heads up that there is a free core and pelvic floor workout going out on Monday by our prenatal specialist Nicole! On Plus, there's also a restorative yoga workout going out this Friday by our new yoga teacher Marina, and tomorrow Kayla, Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), is publishing another great ballet workout. Next week, Tasha (Certified Personal Trainer), is publishing a new low intensity routine for recovery days and beginners. Also early next week - a new HIIT by Amanda, DPT and Strength and Conditioning Coach. I cannot tell you how excited I am by all of the great content going out. And this is not even considering meditation and wellness content by our Mental Health Experts!? I know I've said it before but I'm completely thrilled to be working with all of these wonderful people.
