Question about Cardio Kickboxing~

So~ I just started FB30 round 2. I didn't want to do the PFT, so I did a cardio kickboxing routine instead. It always leaves me so sore! That's part of the reason why I love cardio kickboxing! It's been a couple days and I want to add a cardio routine to my upper body day and was wondering if I could add a cardio kickboxing one. It's been two days in between. I'm still sore, but not much. What do you think? Is it okay to schedule two cardio kickboxing routines in the same week? This one is only ten minutes, though..just as a bit of extra extra credit. In all the programs I bought, I've never seen two in the same week, which is why I'm asking.
