Cardio first or strength first?

I'm working through the FB Sweat program where there is 1 main workout video plus an optional video each day so you can customize the length of your workout depending on your schedule.

On days where the "main" video is strength-based, often the optional video is cardio-based. Is it better to complete them with the strength video first and cardio second, or vice versa? Is there a benefit to doing it one way vs the other?
