NSVs with tonight's workout

Tonight's workout was the two below videos:

I felt so strong when I was going through these workouts (until the jump squats at the end when my legs just felt like lead weights lol). I felt like I was able to go through these rounds with better form and didn't have to take any rest breaks during any of the intervals.

When I was doing my cooldown, I realized I was actually able to do a downward dog with my heels on the ground! I've never been able to do that before. When it was time to walk back up, I was able to make it all the way to my toes without having to bend my knees. While doing a toe touch, for fun, I decided to see if I could put the palms of my hands on the ground and I was able to!

I don't think I've ever had this much energy/flexibility! I know that what your body can do can vary from day to day, but I feel pretty happy with all that I was able to do tonight.
