Program/challenge suggestion

I was thinking a good idea for a program or challenge would be a 9-5 challenge - meaning one that would work for people who have something of a more traditional 9-5 work week.

I find that most challenges and programs run about the same number of minutes per day. But I don't normally have the same amount of time each day. During the week I might be looking for 3 days of 20 minutes tops, and on the weekends I have more time so I'm looking for the 30-50 minute range each day.

I know there are some programs where you can choose your workout, from a couple options, so that would work. And I've also been playing around with routines so that I could put together a schedule that would work for my specific needs. But I'd be curious to see what the FB team would come up with if they were putting together a program that intentionally/specifically had a few shorter/lighter days followed by a couple longer/more intense days.
