FB Burn two - week challenge complete!

Today is my final day of the two - week challenge. I have done it to see if I want to do the four-week programme.

It is excellent and I have also put an extra HIIT routine in the recovery day with stretching. I make sure I have Friday now as my complete recovery day.

I have also completed FB Fit two - week challenge and I completed FB Flex two - week challenge over Christmas.

I've only done three of the challenges so far, usually I focus on the longer programmes, so perhaps I should change that.

So I think on Saturday, I'm going to do the Two - week Kickboxing challenge with an extra HIIT workout.

How many of the challenges have you guys already done?

I think I saw a post saying that one person had completed all of them!
