FB MASS vs. FB STRONG: Who's done both and what's the diff apart from strong being newer?

Hey all,

Just finishing up with FB Strong -- LOVED it! -- and want more! I was gonna just reload the program and do it again, but am curious about FB Mass, and what the difference is apart from being older vids (which I don't mind and am happy to do as long as they're good, which I'm sure they are).

If anyone out there has done both, please let us know what some of the differences are. Ie, does mass have more cardio or the same? Not a big fan of cardio but force myself to do it when it comes up, since of course it's good for you. ;)
