Today I switched things around.

I have been low on energy the last couple of days so yesterday I took a much needed rest day from my program. Today was no better in the energy department so I rescheduled today's workout and opted for several stretching and yoga/pilates workouts. They were just what the doctor ordered. I really just needed to get on my mats and stretch the stress right out of me. It was wonderful. I adore some of the simply stretching videos but also need my yoga 🧘‍♀️. How did you deal with your stress today?
