Alternative to Clean+Press/Deadlift??

Hello! I've worked out with FB exclusively for 4 years and just had my first workout related injury. I primarily focus on HIIT and Strength and I've really been hitting strength hard lately- really focusing on form and slowly bumping up the weight I'm lifting. I've been feeling great, but unfortunately pulled a muscle in my lower back while doing clean and presses last week. I unfortunately think my form failed me in the end and I was lifting heavier. I'm pretty bummed. I've been taking it easy for a week, focusing on stretching and I'm feeling better, but my lower back still feels a bit tender. When I do feel ready to resume weight lifting, I plan to eliminate clean and presses and deadlifts for awhile because of the pressure it imposes on the lower back. However, I still want to target those muscle groups. Does anyone have any recommendations for alternatives to these exercises? Thanks for your input!
