FB Strong R2-Pulled Muscle

Started FB Strong R2 Sunday. Yesterday was a great HIIT/Core workout from Daniel. Today during Day 4 with Tasha’s UB, I was having some discomfort in the right side of my lower to mid-back. Deep breathing seemed to exacerbate it as well.

I’ve got Daniel’s incredible LB strength tomorrow for Day 5 and I do not want to skip it. It’s very important to me to stay on track with this challenge.

Any suggestions for some stretching exercises? I’ve been doing the cobra, child pose. They do help. I’m going to be really frustrated if I can’t continue with this program. Help?
