Full Fusion

That's what the program with Tasha is called, right?? :) Anyways, I am almost a week in and struggling with the "off" days. I feel like I need to do so much more than just stretch or a core routine. I feel like I need to do another hard routine - every day! Anyone else feel this way? How do you get over it and do the 3 days plus some lighter days? I don't want to give away the whole program here but anyone who's done it will know what I mean.

I'm really enjoying it so far but I'm just like, um, I should be doing more on those off days. I know it's a mind thing but I'm really struggling with it!
