Cardio fitness for 65 yo woman

Hi, I’m really looking for advice, and I’m hoping this is the right place to ask. If not, apologies.

I’m looking for workouts that will increase my cardio fitness, which has declined. I swim a mile, twice a week, walk several miles a week, and do some strength exercises. But it’s where I can do it all without breaking much sweat at all, therefore not contributing to my cardio fitness, which I’m told is now below average.

I’m not new to FB, but the workouts I used to do are very challenging now. Can we say jumping jacks? :)

So, any advice for workouts that will develop my cardio fitness, while taking into account that I’m not 25 anymore? Gee, even at 55 I was super-fit. Help?
