Proper Breathing

Hi All!

I often have trouble remembering when to inhale and exhale when doing strength training. For example, in a simple bicep curl - do you inhale as your curl up and exhale as you curl down? I know the trainers will remind us as we go along, but is there a tip/an easy key to remember that will help me figure out the type of breathing goes with which movement?
