Pilates for glutes and thighs

Hi Everyone,

I have enjoyed several FB programs in the past but have not exercised in a long while. That puts me back at the beginning, but I am ready! I am in need of several workouts or a program that is low impact, possibly pilates, that emphasizes glutes and thighs. I need to strengthen and not stress the pelvic floor and associated muscles in whatever I choose. I have found a couple, but any additional suggestions are welcome. I would like to put together something well balanced to continue over time or have a month long program from FB with these things in mind. Any thoughts? Thanks so much! I really appreciate your input!
