Anyone else starting FB Low Impact for injury recovery today?

Hi everyone! I have never posted on FB, but have been an avid user since 2014. Normally I'd be all up on the HIIT workouts as cross-training for my other hobbies (hiking, rock climbing, and playing soccer).

Unfortunately I'm recovering from a sports injury at the moment - I tore my Achilles tendon in July, I've been missing a structured workout program and so now that my physio has cleared me to do more than walking and biking, I am looking forward to starting the FB Low Impact program today (without the running/stretching portions of the PFT).

Is anyone else starting this program today?
