Help with toning and strength training

I tried the smart body workout for toning and strength training, functional strength and cordination. I used 5lb dumbbells only. I felt no challenge throughout the workout. Kelli as we know the adjustable pro block(spelling)dummbells. I'm frustrated do to not being on a budget that allows me to invest in a set like Kelli's. I'm needing advice on what I can use to make this work out a challenge. I've been doing the cardio workout video's with Kelli since February 14 of this year. I've NEVER enjoyed working out as much as I do now. Please lend your advice so I can continue my THIS WORKOUT IS COMPLETE JOURNEY 😁😁
