Hi all, I’m Laura from London, UK. Been a FB member for a few years but only dabbled in a few workouts. I properly got into strength training (nothing serious) at the start of the pandemic after being told to stay home whilst I worked out whether I had to shield or not. Last year was a bit of a bust due to starting a new job but I’ve started to get back into it and am currently doing the 4 week Low Impact programme and will progress onto Strong after that.
