Starting off strong with FBFit R3!

After about two months of fundamental and low impact workouts, I was ready for more, so I completed FBSweat and then the FBPlus 5-day challenge. I feel stronger, more flexible, and I have more endurance. I feel good!

Today, I just finished Day 1 of FBFit R3 that I have with my FBPlus subscription,(I didn’t know and was so happy when I discovered this) and I was able to do the extra credit HIIT, as well! A few months ago, a workout like today’s seemed impossible, but I can do it now! The road to full recovery after giving birth seemed it would go on forever, but I can finally do more. I’m feeling so accomplished and really grateful to FitnessBlender.

Side note: May I request more 8-10 min kickboxing routines? I usually add them on upper body days when the strength doesn’t have much cardio, but there aren’t very many, so I’m doing the same routines over and over. Just a suggestion.
