i pulled a muscle in my foot.. should i skip hiit for now?

so i am a dancer and i do pointe, which is a type of ballet where you dance on top of your toes. i have recently pulled a muscle in my inner arch due to my pointe shoes having a lack of support and me being too much of a procrastinator to get new ones. right now, dance is my top priority because i have my big recital coming up in a couple months so i definitely have to be on pointe right now. next week i am about to start a combination of fb abs and fb strong, for the weeks that are fb abs, should i just replace all of the hiit with strength training? or do low impact modifications? i just don’t know if my foot can take all of the high impact jumping when i need to let it heal
