2 Week Burn Challenge, Week 1 - COMPLETE!

Running behind too much to post daily check-ins of the 2 Week Burn Challenge this week, week 1 has gone surprisingly well. After having anticipated it being more HIIT/cardio, it was a pleasant surprise to see that it's more like Strong or Mass w/ a strong emphasis on strength training and only a pinch of HIIT/cardio. It's can be hard to tell from the description alone what a program or challenge will actually be like until it's scheduled and the workouts are visible. ;)

So far, this has been an enjoyable challenge with Week 1 being LB strength + cardio, UB strength supersets + burnout, Core strength + HIIT, BE UB strength, and mass-building LB + Core strength. To keep the cardio challenge up, added on a free-style short core-focused HIIT to Day 5. And, w/ all the amazing workouts coming out too quickly to easily keep up, swapped out all recently or frequently completed workouts for very similar ones not yet attempted.

Along those lines, in a recent discussion of a features request to see the total number of unique workouts completed displayed on the stats page, one can calculate the number of unique workouts completed by looking at the number of pages shown under "Calendar History > Top FB Workouts > View All" from the stats page, subtracting 1 from the number of pages shown, multiplying that by 25 (there are 25 workouts per page), and going to the last page and adding the tally of workouts from that page to see the total number of unique FB workouts completed. It's faster than counting by hand, but still a bit cumbersome.

Interestingly, other than warm-ups, cool downs, and stretching workouts, the top 6 most frequently completed workouts to date (in multilple programs/challenges) are:

And it turns out that only 360 unique FB workouts of the 746 total available have been marked as complete so far. That's fewer than half, and the number of new workouts keeps growing so quickly it's a challenge to try to keep up w/ all of these interesting new workouts - such a wonderful "problem" to have!! :) :D

Hope your weekend is off to a good start, and happy Blending everyone! :)
