FB Complete completed!

Hi everyone, so today I finished four weeks of FB Complete.

It is probably the most challenging four-week programme I have done, especially if you put everything into the advanced workouts, as I did.

I think I chose the advanced and longer workouts 95% of the time.

I have definitely gained muscle mass during the last four weeks. I definitely feel fitter too.

My overall review of the programme is excellent.

I think my favourite programmes are FB Fit round 3 and FB Sweat, as they focus more on HIIT, but FB Complete is also absolutely fantastic.

FB Fit round 1 and 2 were also fantastic during my weight loss period, as the 8 weeks really motivated me to stay focused.

Now though I am more than happy to stick with the two-week challenges and the four-week programmes.
