Recovering from a broken arm

Hello there everyone,

I was just wondering if there's a program that isn't too loaded with exercises requiring using only one arm for support. I know this may sound a little strange, but I managed to brake my arm real bad, and it will be a long time before I can use it normally. I know I'll have to substitute a lot, but I don't want to forced to substitute 2/3 of the exercises in the program.

If anyone has any recommendations, I'd be most grateful 💜
