Festive workouts

Hi guys, how's it going?

The festive season is almost upon us, I'm working until the 23rd before I have a few days off.

I'm just wondering what kind of training you are planning to do?

I'm going to finish FB Complete on Friday and let's just say the whole body week on week 3 has left my legs dead, even now in week 4.

So I'm thinking of keeping my workouts flexible from the 18th by doing the FB Flex two-week challenge and then just doing whatever cardio I feel like in between, whether that be walking, cycling or perhaps a bit of HIIT. I think I'll leave any heavy lifting on my legs until my little aches and pains go.

Are you guys still in the middle of programmes or do you have any other plans?
