Favourite post partum FB workouts

I am 7 weeks postpartum with my first (a little boy) and have 15kg to lose, and was hoping people could recommend their favourite workouts for getting back into it!

I had a csection so have been advised against anything with jumps, high impact or crunches until I've regained some core strength (frustrating as my go-to workouts are all HIIT). I'm leaning more towards pilates but all recommendations welcome :)
