FB Strong

Hello all, I just started FB Strong as a way to put more focus on strength training. Day 2 complete and my entire body is sore, despite being a regular exerciser. Just wondering how everyone else likes it. I figure I do enough lifting but this will be a way to focus more, lift heavier and see if I can shake things up a bit. I love cardio as movement feels so good but I'm just keeping my steps above 10,000 every day for now. What does everyone else think?
