My Belly Gets in the Way - Modifiers?

I am struggling with some exercises, and particularly stretches like child's pose, as my belly and boobs get in the way. I know this will resolve as I lose weight (my reason for being here) but how can I modify in the meantime? I want to get everything I can from the exercises I'm doing, and I'm compensating for those I cannot do with additional low-impact workouts added in.

At the moment I don't get much stretch at all from things like child's pose and Pilates saw, my belly stops me from being able to stretch. And trying to do burpees is almost impossible, as is pretty much anything where I have to touch my toes.
