Thoughts on FBStrong

Hey hey,

so in the past I´ve done the Low Impact program but due to a cold and travelling for a month I haven´t been working out. I like the LI but would like to try something new. I´m kinda out of shape again now though..

For those of you who are doing the Strong do you think it´s doable without being super fit? I´ve got other programs as well but they all involve a lot of HIIT and therefore jumping and I´m not sure how my neighbours will react if I jump around at 5AM ^^

Also did you lose weight with it?
