FBREACH

Im getting back at work at the hospital and will have long days at work. The only time I can do workouts would be after the kids have gone to bed around 7 PM. I would like the low impact workouts so that I can still go to bed shortly after the workout is complete as I have to wake up early the next day. So far I have been doing the FBStrong workout a couple of times paired with running and 5 days challenge on and off for almost a year after giving birth. In order to maintain my muscles and strength that I've gained so far, I was wondering how much toning do you get out of FBreach? What are your experiences from Fbreach? I still have som kg that won't budge and loose skin around my stomach from when I was pregnant so I was hoping it could help on that.
