Where to start?!

So, 5'2 / 100 lbs / 43 years old. Always been a cardio (insanity/running/yoga) / calorie deficit kinda girl but would like to work towards weight lifting toned strength as opposed to just thin and hungry.

I don't know what i'm doing or where to start I just know I wanna do things differently then I have.
