Low impact + significant weight loss

I am wanting other perspectives on which program would be suitable for both low impact and significant weight loss. I've put on 20 pounds over the last 7 months and need to work this off in a manner that does not include high impact movements; I have chronic back and knee issues (treated). I just finished a 30-day Betty Rocker program and sadly I saw no results (15 min. workouts/day x 7 days/week with clean eating) and on my 29th day I hurt my back doing burpee jumps. On day 20 I found Fitness Blender and began adding in a workout 4x/week. I want a structured program that I can do 5-6 x/week between 25-60 minutes that is highly effective for weight loss without high impact moves. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, what a brilliant site/philosophy this is and with what appears to be, a wonderful community!
