Making my own workout program. (Sorry K&D, can't buy right now :( )

So last week I put together a program that includes 1 cardio+ upper body, 1 HIIT+lower body, 1 abs only, 1 HIIT+upper body, and last one intense lower body pilates. Basically 5 days a week,45-60 minutes per day (60 minutes being the pilates), with the weekend being my rest days. Since I'm not really an expert, and my aim is to burn stubborn fat that really doesn't want to leave, plus struggling with water retention, I'm asking for the FB community's advice and opinions. Is the program that I put together enough to achieve it? I keep a healthy diet during the week, eating tons of fruit and veggies and legumes while not completely cutting out cheese or dairy. How long can it take with such a program before I see results, if I see any?
