Extremely Inflexible... Especially Hamstrings

I am so inflexible. Especially my hamstrings and hip flexers! I am doing FBReach right now, and I can't even do some of the stretches and moves! Downward dog is impossible for me, it ends up a hamstring stretch instead of a calf stretch. I can't touch my toes with a straight back.

This makes it really difficult to do some of these programs. Any advice?
