FB Blend complete!

Started October 4, finished on October 29.

I think you could call this the spiritual successor to Sweat. Both include extra credits you can add on to each day's main workouts if you choose. The main difference between the two is that Sweat is more cardio-focused, while Blend is more strength focused.

Oh, you'll still be doing HIIT when going through Blend, though. There are eight workouts featuring HIIT throughout the program, plus four that appear as extra credits. Day 12 of Blend also features a non-HIIT alternative.

A whopping twenty extra credits are available during Blend. I did five of them.

I liked the program enough but I don't think I would count it among my favourites. I dunno. 🤷🏻‍♀️

(NB: I switched out one workout in the first week because I had just done it at the end of Burn 2 back in September, another one during week three for similar reasons, and one in week four because I wanted to do a more recent workout instead.)
