Back to Basics

While working out with Kayla and Amanda yesterday, I got to thinking about how much I would benefit from a series of short videos on how to safely perform foundational exercises (squats, lunges, planks, pushups, etc) and all their variations. It would be wonderful to have these videos to reference before longer workouts, or to do on their own to reinforce good form and function. I am sure they would benefit people who are new to working out, as well as all of us who have been working out for so long that we might have fallen into bad habits.
