Which programme would you recommend?

After my upcoming surgery, I have been advised to take a break from exercise for six weeks. Which programme would you pick to start after the break? I don't want to start full throttle, so my choice would either be Low Impact or Complete.

What are your recommendations?

P.S. In the last four months, I have done: Strong, Mass, Flex/Booty, Mass/Flex. I prefer strength training and I'm not a big fan of hiit.
