Any day when you get some great movement and exercise is good, of course, but stepping outside of your comfort zone from time to time can work wonders.
When is the last time you tried something new? A workout you hadn’t done before. An activity you’d never tried. Even a nice, new stretch may have done the trick. It’s amazing how our bodies react when we keep them guessing.
